Following his most recent recording for the British label Hyperion, pianist Luís Duarte presents a recital entirely dedicated to works by Fernando Lopes-Graça from the 50s. In a commented concert format, with the participation of Fausto Neves, this session offers the rare opportunity to hear all eleven Glosas live. Conceived as "music about music", these pieces put the composer's popular heritage and creative identity into dialogue, revealing tensions, approximations and distances. The result is an artistic journey that echoes metaphors of human and aesthetic dissonance, illuminating the depth of Graça's universe.
