The program of the Fair of Economic Activities and Traditions, in conjunction with the Santa Columba Broinhas Exhibition, celebrates local identity and Easter traditions.

In addition to the exhibition component, the initiative includes a gastronomic exhibition, tastings, workshops and a diversified entertainment program, with proposals aimed at different audiences. The broinha de Santa Columba plays a central role, standing out as an emblematic product with historical and cultural roots, the making of which can be watched live. The entertainment includes moments of humor and popular music, culminating in the burning of the Judas, a symbolic ritual with a strong community tradition.
