The restaurant eptomises consensus and good taste, beginning with the care taken to design the restaurant, transforn«ming it into what it is today, while retaining the original arquitectural features of the building. The ceilings retain their original red brick-clad curvature. the walls still have their ochre structure, interspersed with the occasional painting or sculptured relief. the floor has long lighting strips providing truly welcoming illumination for the bar and the three dining rooms, each of whose decoration portrays the four elements of nature: air, earth, fire and water.
The menu reveals an intricate and innovating symbiosis between the flavours of the traditional portuguese cuisine and the international cuisine, which certainly adds to the success manifested amidst the foreign tourists who daily "colonize" the restaurant.
