Between the 1st and 4th of March 2025, another edition of the Serra da Estrela Cheese Fair will take place. The event takes place at the Municipal Market of Seia, and in its surrounding area, reaffirming the commitment to the appreciation of cheese and endogenous products of the region.

Serra da Estrela cheese will be the big star of the fair, representing the vast productive sector that involves shepherds, traditional cheese dairies and manufacturing units. The event will be enriched with the presence of other regional flavours, such as artisanal bread, Dão wines, sausages, olive oil and honey. Handicrafts and Serra da Estrela wool will also be present, highlighting the cultural identity of the region. The fair's program includes four days of cultural entertainment, with a strong focus on the dissemination of local traditions and musicalities.
