Michelin 2015: 14 Restaurants and 17 Michelin Stars for Portugal

The Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal has announced the selection for 2015, where Portugal was distinguished with 17 Michelin stars in 14 Portuguese restaurants.

Among the chefs, you will find José Avillez, the first Portuguese person to receive this distinction and who saw two stars being awarded to his restaurant Belcanto, in Lisboa, a city which is also included in the Michelin classification. On this worldwide reference list, there are more Portuguese debuts: the restaurants Pedro Lemos in Porto, and São Gabriel in the Algarve, marking their return.
