Other
Ingredients
- 4 Codfish fillets
- 1 kg Small potatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 Small onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Put the codfish in water for, at least, 24 hours, changing the water every 8 hours.
Pre-heat the oven at 180º. Wash the potatoes, put them in a tray over a bed of onions (cut into thick half-moons).
On top, place the codfish, drizzle generously with the olive oil, add an unpeeled garlic clove and cook in the oven for approximately 30/35 minutes.
When the potatoes are soft, remove and slightly punch them. When you serve, put the codfish in the centre of a platter and place the potatoes and onions around.
On top, put the slices of raw garlic and freshly grounded pepper. Drizzle again with olive oil and serve while hot.
